One of the most important aspects of effective waste management is waste reporting. Our reporting service provides you with monthly waste reports in a variety of forms.

Our first task each month is to review the waste invoices and check performance against contract terms. We then look at the efficiency of each system and ensure that this is in line with the contractors KPIs. Any discrepancies are checked and reasons obtained from the contractor. Where performance is down, we discuss this with the contractor and develop actions to correct the inefficiency.

We adopt a proactive and partnering approach with the contractors. It is in your best interest to have a positive and responsive contractor. We do not attempt to isolate the contractor, rather bring them into the process and encourage a partnership approach.

Following the initial review we then report on a monthly and year to date basis, against KPIs and established benchmarks.
