The issues of cost and compliance regarding waste management have become a major concern for businesses Worldwide. In recognition of this, we have developed a state of the art Total Waste Management Information System, "The TWM® System".
The TWM® System has been designed so that all waste materials, including trade waste can be tracked from the point of generation through to their final point of disposal.
Shown below are some of the functions provided by the TWM® System:
- Allows an organisation to report on the total quantity and cost of wastes being generated throughout the organisation
- Allows organisations to report on their waste management statistics in accordance with waste minimisation principals (eg the quantity of waste being reused, recycled or disposed
- Allows organisations to allocate the cost of waste management back to the point of generation facilitating a user pays approach
- Provides waste tracking from the point of generation to the point of disposal in accordance with statutory requirements
- The system is a web application built using Microsoft .NET technolgies and allows users to access the system over the world wide web so that all reporting functions can be performed from anywhere at anytime providing the user has an internet connection
- Allows the organisation to customise the access of users to the modules to maintain the security of information (eg commercial information)
- All information is stored on a secure remote database
- Allows users to schedule waste management services from their computer over an internet connection
- Allows organisations to generate reports at various levels within the organisation (eg entire company, site or cost centre)
